LASH EXTENSION AFTERCARE
Keep eye area dry and moisture free for at least 24hrs after your service. That means the obvious...no showering, no super sweaty exercise (you’re welcome) no saunas/steam rooms, no hot yoga, and the hardest of all, no crying
Avoid oily products. Anything oil based breaks down the adhesive, so water-based everything! Oil-free makeup remover (ex. Micellar water) water based eye makeup- liquid liner, cake liner, or powder eyeshadow
NO- mascara, creamy eyeshadows, eye pencils, waterproof liner
Try not to rub eyes or pull at your extensions
Try not to sleep on your face
Avoid direct water pressure on your lashes ( leaving your face in the shower stream)
Brush them daily! A great time is out of the shower, let them dry and fluff them back into place
Keep your lashes clean! The cleaner you keep them the longer they will last! This goes for your lash appointment as well. Extensions will not stick to dirty lashes so please come to every appointment eye makeup free or early to remove makeup.
Clean your lashes by rinsing them daily with your finger or fine tipped cotton swab. If you choose to wear eye makeup make sure to remove it daily with oil-free makeup remover! It is important to deep clean your lashes regularly. You can use a foamy mixture of sensitive baby shampoo, or you can purchase a lash shampoo I will have available soon! Use your finger, pointed cotton swab, or a fluffy synthetic brush.
If you’re not wearing eye makeup deep clean lashes 1-2 a week, wearing eye makeup 2-4 times a week.
Book fills every 2-4 weeks (depending on my recommendation) to keep them looking full and fresh!
STUDIO POLICIES
Please stay home if you have any flu like symptoms
I will be wearing a mask for all services
For nail services a plexiglass guard will be installed
Bring your own mask or one will be provided at a cost
A mask is required for all services, no exceptions
Hands must be washed immediately once entering the studio
Hand sanitizer will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring your own
I always have and will continue to sanitize all tools with PREempt CS20
Extra time will be scheduled between appointments to thoroughly disinfect the space
Any surfaces or products touched during each appointment will be wiped down with a surface disinfectant
No extra guests
Keep phone use to a minimum
Please bring your own water, it will no longer be provided
Tap payment and E-transfer encouraged
